Net surplus on transfers
Acc to Transfermarkt only Southampton had a bigger surplus on transfer dealings this season through the van Dijk sale , West Ham came in second , then Burnley , Swansea and Arsenal are the only clubs to show a profit on transfers in 17/18. We've been massively outspent not only by the clubs who it could be argued are similar sized like Everton but also by giants like Brighton, Huddersfield and Bournemouth. Our squad is as thin as I can remember with a massive injury list to compound it and we sit just a few points above the relegation places. So after pocketing the cash from the sale of UP and having 55,000 seats sold every week the question remains. Where has the fucking money gone you lying thieving scumbags ??? There must be some very bad news coming when the next set of accounts is released.

Gold and Sullivan owned 50% of the UK porn industry by the time that DS was 25 acc to his wikipedia page...top shelf jizzmags and sex shops were a massive thing back in the 70's pre xhamster and the like internet sites... right time right place.
Also saw that Sully got prison time for 'living off immoral earnings'... Carrolls been doing the same for years now... fucking joke owners who have turned our club into a laughing stock.

"It's staggering how they amounted to anything when they're so fucking stupid and incompetent."

They've the advantage that seediness comes naturally to them.

Not quite sure how that would work to their advantage in football, though.

Since Gold/Sulivan bought into the club there have been 16 tranfer windows with gross spend discluding loan fees of £260M and receipts from sales of £135.5M.

Spread that over the 16 transfer windows that's a net spend of £8m each window.

If GOLD0 and Sullivan can become millionaires/billionaires; quite literally anyone can.

It's staggering how they amounted to anything when they're so fucking stupid and incompetent.

Quite possible. Due at the end of this month, but are to 31 May 2017, so won't have any transfer dealings post that date, in them.

I have a feeling, our high wage bill, is limiting our room for manoeuvre with transfers and regard to Financial Fair Play, in that our transfer policy is being driven by getting the wage bill down, rather than by, the needs of the team.
